Jammu and Kashmir Police on Friday claimed to have arrested a person and recovered explosive substances from his possession in southern Pulwama district.
“Police in Pulwama arrested one individual carrying #explosives substances & IED. Case registered. Further investigation is in progress,” said the police on Twitter.
The identity of the person was not immediately known.
